Aadharshila, Bhatapara is an outstanding learning community where everyone is dedicated to a high standard of excellence. We truly have a remarkable school with a supportive and involved parent community, devoted and highly skillful staff and the most fantastic students to work with.

Generally, we always talk that students’ key to success lies in the hand of the teacher. However, I believe that it is a combined effort of all. One of our Sanskrit sholas mention the same fact that a person grows – one fourth because of the teacher, one fourth from own intelligence, one fourth from surroundings and one fourth only with time. Indeed it is the responsibility of the whole society to create conducive environment where effective learning takes place.

As a school we have to protect the emotions of a child and to provide a platform where as far as possible maximum exposures of various skill sets like problem solving, leadership, adaptability, time management, co-scholastic development and many more must be given.

At Aadharshila School, we not only wish to nurture the academic and co-scholastic needs of the child but, we also wish to create memories. Children shall cherish throughout life. Under every adult’s conscience, love, care and respect, an individual turns into a confident personality.

Unveiling Profile of the Principal

Mrs. Sudha Sharma, a dynamic administrator, an enlightened source and motivator is a force to establish a platform for holistic achievement under her leadership. She is a visionary educationist with a panoramic experience of about 30 years. She hails from an affluent background. She passed out her schooling from renowned “Scindia School”, Gwalior, best amongst the public schools of India. The school is also known for their famous alumni – Air Chief Marshal Pratap Chandra Lal, Politician Mr. Natwar Lal and Mr. Madhavrao Scindia, Broadcaster Mr. Ameen Sayani, Actor Mr. Jalal Aga and Mr. Salman Khan and many more.

She is M.Sc. Zoology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and B.Ed. from Bhopal University. She started her teaching career from Scindia School and then served as Head of Biology Department in Delhi Public Schools functioning under the aegis of Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi in different branches across all over India and abroad. She has spent nearly three decades of her life in teaching profession effectively and taught Biology as her main subject. To enhance her educational and administrative skills and to have an edge she handled various allied responsibilities as House Mistress, Coordinator, Examination, HOD, School Time-Table.

The school has recorded a meteoric rise in the educational scenario under her intellectual guidance. She has efficiently transformed the school into a rapidly progressing institution. She has steered the school, the staff and the students in right and positive direction, through thick and thin, relentlessly kept up the fighting spirit and proved her abilities. She has fruitfully led to increase in number of students and financial strength of the school.

CHILD CENTRED EDUCATION

Aadharshila deals with Pre-Scholars to Primary Scholars students aged between 3 to 10 years. Teaching this age group of children is a very challenging task for any teacher.

Early learning paves the way for learning at school and throughout life. What children learn in their first few years of life, and how they learn it, can have long-lasting effects on their success and health as children, teens, and adults. At Aadharshila all methodology and strategies are framed in such a way that school can achieve different objectives. These include:
