Transport Rules

• ‘Aadharshila’ has an efficient transport with own fleet of buses and vans. There is an adequate arrangement of safety and comfort for children in each bus.  
• Transport facilities are provided for the convenience of the students, although it is not an obligatory service of the school.
• Buses will be available only on the routes and at stops fixed by the school.
• Unauthorized travelling in the buses is viewed as serious offence and can lead to a fine of Rs.500 per day.
• Students should be compulsorilyin proper school uniform with ID card while travelling in the school buses.
• Students should report to their embarking points 10 minutes before the starting point.
• The bus drivers are authorized to stop the bus only at the designated stops. The bus will not wait for latecomers.
• The use of bus facility cannot be discontinued in the middle of the session. It may, however, be discontinued latest by 10^th July after submitting an application to the school authorities 15 Days in advance.
• Any change in transport will be effective from the subsequent month of submission of request.
• Application for availing transport facility should be submitted to the Principal at least 15 days prior to the beginning of the next month.
• Full month Fee will be taken for availing transport in middle of the month.
• Unruly behavior, tearing of seat covers, breaking window panes or related offences will result in heavy penalty and withdrawal of bus facility.
• Any aggression by student or parents towards the school bus /van staff will be viewed seriously.

Identity Card

Identity Card is an important document to a student for his/her identity verification during school hours. The school will issue Identity Cards to all the students. This card, when asked, must be presented to any school employee. Students are expected to wear the ID card in all working days and other school related functions. Students who lose the card would be issued a new one after being charged a nominal amount.
